Orders up to ₹10,000: Pay 10% of the total order value in advance.

Orders above ₹10,000: Pay 40% of the total order value in advance.

The advance amount will be adjusted in the final invoice towards the total order value.

• If your order includes one or more customized or tailored products and you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), all items in your order will be shipped together once the customized/tailored product is completed. We do not dispatch non-customized items separately in the same COD order.

Pre-Order Return & Exchange Policy

All pre-order purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, color preference, or personal choice.

Eligible for Exchange or Replacement

An exchange or replacement will only be considered in the following cases:

• The product received is defective or damaged.
• The wrong product has been delivered.

360° Unboxing Video Required

A continuous 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange, replacement, or product-related claim.

The video must:

• Clearly show the sealed package from all sides before opening.
• Show the complete opening/unboxing process in one continuous, uninterrupted video.
• Clearly show the product, packaging, labels, and any visible damage or defect.

Claims without a proper 360° unboxing video may not be accepted.

48-Hour Claim Period

Any claim regarding a defect, damage, or wrong product must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer must provide:

• A complete 360° unboxing video.
• Clear photos/videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product.
• The order details required for verification.

Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.
