SHIPPING POLICY

 We take full responsibility of the product till it reaches you. 

Domestic Shipping:

  • FREE
  • Standard shipping on orders above value INR 2000/-
  • Express Shipping:
  • to be charged at INR 250/- per order.
  • For express shipping options please reach out to us on Whatsapp at +91-6290656219.
    Please note that Kreation by KJ is a "Made on Order" website. We take time (mentioned on the product page) to make your order. 
  • You can choose to pay through UPI, Credit card, Debit Card, Phone Pe, Amazon Pay, Google Pay & PayTM.
  • To prevent orders from being refused on delivery.
  • CASH ON DELIVERY:

     

    we offer Partial COD across eligible locations in India.

    To confirm your order:

    Orders up to ₹10,000: Pay 10% of the total order value in advance.

    Orders above ₹10,000: Pay 40% of the total order value in advance.

    The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery.

    No REFUND will be provided if the parcel is refused at the time of delivery. The order will be considered canceled, and the advance payment will not be refunded.

Please note that we only ship through reputed courier partners like Delhivery/DTDC/BluDart/Speed Post.

Please ensure that the shipping and contact details entered by you while ordering are correct.

In case you happen to enter incorrect shipping or contact details while ordering, please reach out to us at hello@kreationbykj@zohomail.in at the earliest.

If you wish to make changes to your shipping address, please mail us at the earliest. We shall try our best to accommodate your request provided the parcel is unshipped.

However, once the parcel is shipped, no further changes can be made. 

International Shipping:

Please mail us at hello@kreationbykj@zohomail.in for information on international shipping. The shipping time for international shipments is 3 weeks.

The shipping charges and custom duties if any, are to be borne entirely by the customer based on the laws of the land. 

Delivery Time:

At Kreation by KJ all our products are handmade with attention to detail hence we take around 7-20working days depending on the product to process the orders. You can find the exact delivery timeline under individual products.

 If your order contains multiple products with variable shipping times, the longest duration shall be applicable on your order.

On placing your order, you will receive an email/SMS containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

We take around 3-15 working days from the date of placing the order to ship the items. 

Delivery time might be a little longer for remote locations, depending on their accessibility. In such cases, we shall be reaching out to you through SMS & email. Please note that orders once shipped, cannot be expedited as they are no longer under our control.


There may be delays in shipment/transit due to Covid-19 restrictions, natural calamity or any such act of God.

If the parcel is damaged/unsealed/opened at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the same and notify us within 24 hrs through email/whatsapp.

In the event where the customer intentionally refuses to accept a prepaid parcel on delivery, the amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping charges, RTO charges and processing fees. The bill receipt for each will be mailed to the customer.
