RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We currently offer exchange only, not refunds. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Exchange requests must be placed within 2 days of receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges for both return and reshipping.
Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
The product must be:
Unused and unwashed
In its original condition with tags and packaging intact
Shipped back within 1 days of your exchange approval
No Exchanges On:
Customized or altered products
Products bought during sale or promotional offers
Products returned after the exchange window

Uncut 360-Degree Unboxing Video Required for Claims
No claims for damage, defects, wrong product, or missing items will be entertained without the uncut unboxing video.
All our products are handcrafted with immense love and precision. Our products are 100% true to their pictures and description. Therefore we have a strict NO RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY.
However, if there is a genuine defect/damage in the received product, a replacement will be offered.
Please note: There might be slight variation color tones due to the manual dyeing process , mosltly two sarees in same ombre work are not same due to the manual process.
any bleeding or muddying of colors is not consider as defect in ombre fabric
uneven woven fabric , or extra thread woven in fabric is not count as defect.
What is defect: Any hole , torn fabric, spot or stain
Products which are on sale are also non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange.
Since We keep limited inventory and do not have all sizes available,at all times if the request for exchange cannot be processed, the store credit may be provided in accordance with the terms herein.
Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
VIDEO SHOPPING:
We do not offer exchanges based on personal preferences (like or dislike). However, you can check the product quality through a live video before purchase.

*How to raise a replacement request in case of a defective piece-
1. Please make an uncut unpacking video of the received parcel. Please ensure you record the parcel from a 360 degree angle and show the sealed packet on the camera along with the printed shipment label. Please proceed to unpack the video and check the product thorougly. In case a defect is noted, please record the same clearly on camera. Please ensure that the video is uncut and shot continuously without any editing whatsoever.
2. NO REPLACEMENT REQUESTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED IN THE ABSENCE OF AN UNCUT UNPACKING VIDEO.

4. Our team will get back to you within 48 hrs of receiving the request. Once the replacement request is approved, please proceed to ship the product back to our warehouse within 48 hrs of approval of request.
Please ensure that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging along with all tags intact. Kreation by KJ reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is shipped without its original tags, packaging and content or if the product is found to be used/worn upon its return. shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
Fraud Prevention: In accordance with the Seller Protection Act, fraudulent returns are considered a criminal offense. Kreation by KJ reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals engaged in such practices.
5. On receipt of the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check and proceed to ship the replacement. Kreation. by KJ reserves the right to Refuse a return if the product is found to be used and worn upon its arrival. Please note that the entire process of replacement may take upto 12-15 days. Your cooperation and patience during the same will be highly valued.

Please Note
We click our photos in natural light and without any filters or effects so that the product depicted on the website is closest to how it looks in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight colour difference (5-10%) seen in the product is unavoidable. Some products and colours also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as all screens and devices are calibrated differently and always highlight certain colours more.

There will be no refunds for orders to which any kind of high value discounts were applied.DISCOUNT MORE THAN 5 %} For the purposes of these terms, “discount” includes a sale discount/offer code or coupon.
CANCELLATION POLICY-
Please reach out to us at the earliest if you wish to cancel or modify your order/address or contact details. Once shipped, no cancellations or modifications will be possible. On cancellation of order, the amount paid will be returned as store credits.
Terms and Conditions for COD Orders

Advance Payment:
- A total advance payment of ₹250 is required for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- ₹250 will be adjusted in the final invoice towards the total order value.
No return or refund will be provided if the parcel is refused at the time of delivery. The order will be considered canceled, and the ₹250 advance payment will not be refunded. -
