Terms & Conditions for Collaboration

Collaborator: [Influencer/Model/Celebrity/Partner Name]

1. Scope of Collaboration

This agreement governs collaborations between Kreation by KJ and the Collaborator, whether paid, barter-based, or promotional (celebrity or influencer-based). Both parties agree to the deliverables and usage rights outlined below.

2. Deliverables by Collaborator

The Collaborator agrees to provide the following within 15 days of receiving the product(s):

  • A minimum of 6 high-resolution digital images featuring Kreation by KJ products

  • 1 high-quality video (15–60 seconds) showcasing or promoting the product

  • At least one public social media post (photo or video) tagging:

    • Instagram: 

    • Facebook:

Optional additional posts, stories, or reels can be discussed and agreed upon individually.

3. Tagging & Mention Requirements

The Collaborator agrees to clearly tag and mention Kreation by KJ in the caption and/or post using the brand’s official social media handles.
Failure to tag may be considered a breach of agreement.

4. Usage Rights

All content created under this collaboration (photos, videos, posts, stories) will become part of the brand's promotional assets.
Kreation by KJ is entitled to:

  • Use the content on its website, online store, and social media platforms

  • Feature the content in paid advertisements, including digital, print, and outdoor media

  • Edit, crop, or reformat the content as needed for marketing use

  • Use the Collaborator’s name, handle, and likeness in association with the content

No additional compensation will be owed for these usages unless specified otherwise in a written agreement.

6. Compensation

The nature of the collaboration (paid/barter/other) shall be agreed upon separately and documented via email or written contract prior to the campaign.
Barter collaborations are not eligible for monetary payment unless otherwise stated.

7. Content Approval (Optional)


Kreation by KJ reserves the right to request revisions before content is posted to ensure brand alignment.

8. Termination & Breach

If the Collaborator fails to meet the deliverables or tag the brand as agreed, Kreation by KJ reserves the right to terminate the collaboration and request return of the product (in case of barter), or seek compensation.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
