Customised products and sale/clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Exception: Defective, Damaged Or Wrong Size Products
A exchange, will be considered only if the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
To raise a request, the following conditions must be met:

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted

The product must be unused and unwashed

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Any sign of use, wear, alteration, or damage will result in rejection
Return Shipping

Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 48 hours
