Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Customised products and sale/clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Exception: Defective, Damaged Or Wrong Size Products

A exchange, will be considered only if the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

To raise a request, the following conditions must be met:

  • An uncut and continuous video recording of the package opening is mandatory

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The product and the defect clearly

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted

Product Condition

For approval:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Any sign of use, wear, alteration, or damage will result in rejection

Return Shipping

  • Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 48 hours

  • Return instructions will be shared after approval

  • Failure to ship within the given time may lead to cancellation of the request

Final Decision

  • All exchanges are subject to quality inspection

  • The brand’s decision will be final and binding

  • Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges will be borne by the brand only in case of approved defective products.
