No. Exchanges are strictly accepted only for unused, unworn, and unwashed products. Products that show signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for exchange. If a used product is returned, no exchange will be issued.

What is the proccess for an exchange due to defect or wrong product?+

An unboxing video is mandatory to request an exchange for defective or incorrect items.To request an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 62906 56219 within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share your order ID along with the unboxing video clip for verification.

Can I return or exchange my wrong and defective order+

Yes, if the item is defective or if you received the wrong product exchange is available . Returns and refunds are not available.
